The very beginning


Who hasn’t laughed aloud while watching Evian’s adorable roller-skater babies or Heineken’s hilarious commercial on YouTube? At least I have! You just got to see those video clips over and over again…and after that you send those links to your friends so that they can laugh along. And so it works – the grapevine I mean.

The reason why I chose YouTube as my sub-topic to this “PR processes and developments” course task is that I personally find YouTube intriguing. There’s so much potential from a PR perspective. So much to do so much to see… Ha ha!

In this blog I’m going to go through all the potential YouTube has to offer to Public Relations. Briefly, how to use YouTube as a PR tool? I will bring out different cases and examples to illustrate how differently YouTube can be used as a tool for PR. And since the whole blog is about YouTube, I should not make this too serious for YouTube isn’t that either, right? ;)

    wow, very good approach! YouTub as a communication channel is not academically studied enough! and this blog can be a good place and possibility :)even beginning for some BA or master studies. super! I also like layout design. Very good start!
